Personal Information Protection Policy in Ashisuto Group
K.K. Ashisuto, its subsidiaries and associated companies (hereinafter referred to as "Ashisuto Group"), recognizes the importance of "protection and usage of personal information" in the current information society, and therefore handles all business-related personal information as follows.

When handling personal information, Ashisuto Group complies with relevant laws and other guidelines, such as the Personal Information Protection Law.
2)Creation of a Compliance Program
Ashisuto Group has created a compliance program and complies with that program to strictly manage personal information whenever it collects, uses, or provides such information.
3)Enforcement of Safety Measures
Ashisuto Group has implemented information security measures to ensure the accuracy and security of personal information as well as to prevent the unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage, etc. of such information.

Handling of Personal Information
Purpose of Use
K.K. Ashisuto, including its subsidiaries and associated companies (hereinafter referred to as "Ashisuto Group"), uses customers' personal information (including web-page browse history linked to personal information) from email, postal mail, telephone, fax and/or company visits for the following purposes:
- To provide services for products and services purchased
- To provide support for products and services purchased
- To confirm billing and payment for contracted products and services
- To register user groups and provide services related to user groups
- To make various contacts about procedures for participating in events, seminars, and training sessions
- To conduct usage surveys, request questionnaires, and perform follow-up contact about products and services
- To provide information related to products, services and/or marketing activities (seminars, events, proposals for improvement, etc.)
- To respond to inquiries or requests from customers
- To communicate with customers regarding business issues
Consignment
Ashisuto Group may at times consign part of its business to contractors, and entrust customers' personal information to them for disposition within the limited purposes for which the information was originally collected. In such cases, only those contractors satisfying security standards set by Ashisuto Group will be selected; contracts for the handling of customers' personal information will be concluded with such contractors, and appropriate supervision will be performed.

Provision and Disclosure to Third Party
Ashisuto Group will not provide customers' personal information to a third party without the consent or approval of the customers involved, except when consignment has been made to a supervised contractor, or when complying with laws and ordinances related to information security.
Correction, Discontinuance of the Utilization, etc. of Registered Information
Customers' personal information is maintained as accurately and up-to-date as possible. A customer's registered information shall be disclosed when requested by that customer after proper identification has been verified. If the registered information is considered by a customer to be inaccurate, it shall be examined and promptly corrected, revised, or its utilization will be discontinued.
